Our story is a classic - clueless and stubborn bride-to-be successfully ruining every grand attempt of the groom by changing plans last minute. Will persisted though and eventually caught me in our local park completely by surprise, just before Christmas so the perfect time of year to celebrate.
The Wedding Day Vision
With a four month engagement before our wedding, we were straight in on all the planning. We both knew we wanting a big country wedding in the town I grew up. I secretly loved the chaos of planning a wedding in a short period of time as it meant we had to be very decisive! (Not always my biggest strength). It was also lovely working with all of the local suppliers.
Wedding Day Inspiration
Anywhere and everywhere!! I had found and saved lots of inspiration on Instagram and Pinterest and our lovely wedding planner Cariss from Studio Blanco was fantastic at brining it all together. I also loved bouncing lots of weird and wonderful ideas / colour palettes etc off my friends and Mum!

The whole process was very easy. After sharing a couple of ideas with Helen she knew exactly what dress would be perfect - and it was the first and only one I tried on. I especially loved how Helen asked how I wanted to feel in three words. HRB was the first and only place I needed to go to find my dress!
