Over 7 months I had the most premium experience with Helen. She provided the most sophisticated and attentive service, so much so that I ended up buying my second party dress from her too! As an out-of-state bride, I purchased my dress and returned several months later for a long weekend in Sydney to have it fitted, altered, and checked. While the dress initially seemed to fit after I flew in, it became clear at the check appointment that it was actually too baggy and couldn’t be tightened further.
