Senior Bridal Stylist

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Bridal Stylist to join our talented team at Helen Rodrigues Bridal in Neutral Bay. As a full-time Senior Bridal Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and styling solutions for our discerning bridal clientele.

What you'll be doing

• Providing personalised styling advice and recommendations to brides-to-be, ensuring they find the perfect dress for their special day

• Assisting customers with selecting accessories, veils, and other bridal items to complete their look

• Coordinating appointments, managing client expectations, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable customer experience

• Maintaining an organised and visually appealing showroom floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and sized appropriately

• Supporting the overall operations of the bridal boutique, including inventory management, administrative tasks, organise designer events and photoshoots, and teamwork

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Bridal Stylist

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients

• Strong fashion and styling knowledge, with an eye for detail and the ability to translate trends into personalised looks

• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to provide honest and helpful styling advice

• Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software

• A genuine passion for the bridal industry and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations and being extremely organised
